Lisa Meyerhans
Lisa Meyerhans Sarasin has been active on various boards of directors and foundation boards for over ten years, including as chairwoman. In these strategic bodies, she plays a key role in shaping governance structures and corporate management. With in-depth expertise in reputation management, asset allocation and strategic issues, she supports companies in making forward-looking decisions and implementing them consistently. She tackles complex issues head-on, addresses problems clearly and provides targeted impetus to provide decisive support to management teams at key moments.
David Sarasin
David Sarasin has more than 30 years of experience in senior positions in the financial sector. As CEO of Bank Linth, he shaped the development of the regional bank for over two decades and guided it through profound changes. Today, he contributes his broad experience as a member of boards of directors and foundations and as an advisor in key strategic areas, with a focus on governance, strategy and transformation. His work is characterised by independence, integrity and a practical understanding of complex decision-making processes.
